Travis and Brian went to the deer lease in Sonora Friday morning. It was Travis' first trip down there and he did really well. Travis missed his Valentine's Day party at Ms. Janice's but I don't think he minded. "Uncle" DJ rode witht them and they all kept each other entertained. It was a relief to know that Travis did so well (even with the cold temperatures) since Brian really looks forward to spending alot of time there with his boys. :) They got back Sunday around 3. That means that I had alot of time to myself! It was a great Valentine's gift! I went and got a pedicure with my friend Angel and did a little shopping. Sunday morning Katie and I went grocery shopping and had lunch together. When they got back we decorated and ate cupcakes. Katie was over and joined in the fun... It was a nice, relaxing weekend.

I've had a couple of people ask me when I was going to update the blog. I never got around to all the Christmas activities that I intended on posting. One of the biggest reasons is that our laptop keeps freezing and every time I try to work on it, I just want to throw it against the wall. Hopefully we can get that fixed soon, because we have so much going on. Travis is at such a fun age. His behavior has been great, and he is like a sponge now. He is learning so much. We are also all excited about Trace's upcoming arrival. Well.... Brian is a little surprised by how close this event is. Hopefully I can get on the ball again with blogging. I need to buy a picture card reader so I can work on the blog from another computer. (Our laptop already has the card reader on it.)

This will be the first of many catch up posts. Here are pictures from when it snowed. I was at work but Brian was lucky enough to be able to stay at home with Travis. At first, Travis did not like the snow. He did not like that it was falling on him and getting his jacket wet. When I got home we went back outside and he threw a few snowballs. The pictures are out of order......

16 week picture with Travis. His new thing is to run up behind us, grab our legs and yell "gotcha!" It practically knocks me over. That's what he was doing here.





Brian was working on getting the electronic gate hooked up. I was having a tough time keeping Travis in the house. I went to our closet to get empty hangers and when I came back through the house, this is what I saw through our door that was wide open...........

Hey..... at least he put his shoes on!
